Preferred Builder

You can bring your own builder to 4B Ranch, but our preferred contractor is Alex Meisner Construction due to their community involvement, quality, and overall homebuilding experience.

Alex Meisner Construction is a full service General Contractor and is widely known for their beautiful, custom residential homes. They have the talent and ability to take any size home and make it feel custom while staying within your budget. Their quality is evident by them winning Iron County Home Builders Association "Builder of the Year" in 2018, Best of Southern Utah in 2019 and 2020, and Best of Iron County for the last 3 years in a row.

Not only is Alex Meisner highly regarded as a contractor in southern Utah, but he gives back to the community through the AJM foundation.
